We host a range of in-person and online events focused on leadership, internal communication and employee experience
workplace huddle
A space for you to get insights about internal communication, employee experience, leadership and workplace culture as well as time to ask Jenni any questions you might have. Hosted every quarter, exclusively to those in our email community, this is 60-90 minutes of no scripts, no slides and pure conversation.
Roundtable
The Senior IC Roundtable connects experienced internal communication leaders for honest conversations, fresh ideas, and support in tackling senior-level challenges. It’s for practitioners with around five years’ experience who manage budgets, influence strategy, and may lead a team. Each group seats 10 members for a full year, creating a trusted network to learn from and rely on.

Leaders Reboot
An intimate workshop for maximum of 8 people looking to improve their leadership credibility.
You’ll work directly with Jenni for the day as she will tailor the workshop based on your specific areas for development, leaving with a clear action plan for your next steps.
