Senior Internal Comms (IC) Roundtable
The Senior IC Roundtable brings together experienced internal communication leaders who want honest conversations, fresh thinking and a space to tackle the challenges that come with operating at a senior level. It’s designed for practitioners with around five years’ experience or more, who own their budgets, influence strategy and may also lead a team.
Each roundtable seats just 10 people for a full year, creating a trusted group you can learn with and lean on.
Where are the tables?
Our London table is currently full, and we have an virtual table for senior practitioners across Europe and Asia.
The London table is in-person and 10am – 1pm every quarter. For the virtual table, these are online and 90 minute sessions every quarter.

What’s included
Quarterly sessions
The group chooses the topic and every session is facilitated by Jenni. We dive deep into the things that matter at a senior level. Expect practical problem-solving, peer coaching and space to think. If a guest expert is needed, Jenni will arrange this for the group as well.
A safe space The online sessions are recorded only for those attending and we don’t share who sits at any of our tables. We don’t take photographs of the event or share any specific details afterwards.
Support between sessions
A dedicated WhatsApp group keeps the conversation going as you need it.
