The Field Model™ seeks to understand, diagnose and fix issues. All we need is for you to be ready to delve into your organisation, address the things you have brushed under the carpet and be open for a (sometimes difficult) conversation!

Understand: If we don’t understand the problems how can we solve them? So many conversations about challenges in getting work done or growing a business are hampered by assumptions. These assumptions manifest in different ways for different people so we must explore people, data and leadership as the starting point for understanding the chaos and where it comes from.

Diagnose: Once we understand, we can fully diagnose the issue. Some of this will be about the individual and some will be about teams. It’s easy to jump straight to the diagnosis as it is the bit that starts to bring calm – it’s the information that brings our brains to a place of safety.

Fix: The how. This is often lacking as we explore purpose or strategy but bringing the focus to diagnosis means we can prioritise and talk about the practicalities of calmness.

We work with you to understand what’s made you pick up the phone and we diagnose what’s going on through surveys or interviews – whatever works best – to ensure you get to the bottom of the issues. The Fix is then outlined for you and we can work with you to implement changes or you can take this forward as a team.

Panoptic is rooted in organisational theory and aligned to The Field Model™ which has been created to diagnose what is truly going on inside organisations. Our insightful discovery questionnaire covers seven core themes: accountability, adaptability, capability, communication, connection, strategy and velocity.

In less time than a normal meeting, our Panoptic diagnostic tool will help you:

  • Understand if you have a meaningful purpose that your people connect with
  • Achieve clarity on the impact of your vision and how it is understood and shared
  • Identify if the strategy is clearly articulated and, importantly, executed against
  • Establish where to invest your time and energy for the next six, 12 and 18 months
  • Uncover the problem areas that are holding you back – whether it’s your people, the business model, the leadership team or a skills deficit.

The Panoptic journey is fast, effective and timely; from start to insight in just four weeks.

Step 1 – We will arrange a call with you within five working days. In that call our experts will take you through the process flow and what is required from your team.
Step 2 – Then we deliver the discovery questionnaire within five working days of that call.
Step 3 – Results are gathered within 10 days and the following week we have a call to take you through the findings and the report.
Step 4 – In less than a month you will have everything you need to refocus your organisation and move forward.

We only work with five organisations in any three-month period and investment starts at £4,500 (exc. VAT).
