We always like to send clients, associates and people who have supported us a gift at the end of every year. This year the Redefining Communications team thought it would be a great idea to pull together a combination of my thinking over the last few years into one book… We didn’t realise how much content we’ve written!
Having compiled the content into themes, we called the book The Field Report and sent out lots of lovely festive parcels a few weeks ago. And I’m really excited to say that The Field Report is now also available to purchase on Amazon.
The Field Report includes insights from our research into the role of line managers, identifies the opportunities to be grasped on the back of the COVID-19 pandemic and highlights the focus that is needed on culture for organisations to thrive. I cover topics including mental resilience, productivity, leadership and hybrid working – all of which are on the agenda for organisations across the globe. And looks at how we need impactful communication processes and skills if organisations are to grow, transform and create efficient workplaces.
I’ve also included insight into The Field Model – the easy-to-follow methodology that I use to help organisations go from chaos to calm. Each section also includes a “Be Inspired” page where you can find recommendations for TV shows, books and podcasts to keep you entertained and thinking differently about work. There’s also a comprehensive further reading section.
