Engagement, employee experience, and internal communication – what’s the difference?

“It’s about understanding what you love doing and what the organisation wants you to do and how those two match together. That’s really important. I’ve always said I’m here to serve the organisation, I’m here to serve the people that I’m working with. And if that isn’t aligned for you, then you have got to start looking at the places where you’re going to thrive in terms of what you want to do. So often we’re a small team, so you can’t do everything. So you do have to look at three-year, five-year plans and look at what’s actually possible with the resources you’ve got.”
