Podcast Redefining Comms with Jenni Field

Many of you will know I already co-host the Calm Edged Rebels podcast, but I’m taking the plunge and I’ve launched my own podcast: Redefining Communications with Jenni Field!

Bite-sized inspiration to take you from chaos to calm

Each episode will be no more than 15 minutes long and I’ll be sharing advice to help organisations and teams go from chaos to calm. I’ll be covering a variety of topics linked to business including culture, hybrid working, productivity, boundaries and leadership. Whether there are seven or 7,000 people in your organisation, communication has a role to play to make things more efficient and engaging.

In the first episode, I delve into the topic of hybrid working. I look at how leaders can get people working together more effectively and explore through a long-term lens the opportunities that the pandemic revolution has to offer.

You can find me on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and wherever you listen to your regular podcasts. I hope you find time to listen and subscribe. Please do drop me an email and let me know what you think or leave me a review.
