Why communication is the antidote to organisational chaos

“Outside of work, we can’t maintain good relationships with our partner, friends, or family without clear, open, and honest communication – and a heavy dose of listening. In the same way, you can’t maintain good relationships and create a flourishing workplace without excellent communication to combat any confusion. Organisations are people and for organisations to thrive, people need to work well together. They need to learn how to be in relationships together.”
