Our founder, Jenni Field, has joined 30 distinguished communication professionals from around the globe as a thought-leader for the University of Florida’s Internal Communication Research Hub.
The pandemic flipped the script on how we communicate within organisations. Suddenly, internal communication wasn’t just a “nice-to-have” but a crucial lifeline to keep the wheels turning smoothly, staff motivated, and engaged.
The University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications has recognised this, and the need for organisations to create communication strategies grounded in research and guided by practice, by launching an Internal Communication Research Hub (ICRH). Led by renowned Public Relations Professor Linjuan Rita Men, the ICRH will provide a unique opportunity to foster cutting-edge research, promote scholarly collaboration, and facilitate industry partnerships, while aiming to advance research and best practices in internal communication and workplace wellbeing.
As part of this hub, they’ve created the Thought Leadership Circle. A stellar group of 30+ thought leaders, including Jenni, who are as passionate about pushing the boundaries of research, best practice, and raising the bar in the world of internal communication. Their roles will be to share knowledge and cutting-edge research that solves real-world problems, to speak at conferences, and foster collaboration. Find out more.
